>July SPBP Meeting Conference Call -July 25th (Thursday), 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Previous meeting minutes (from April 2024) can be found here. A link to the virtual meeting will be sent directly to participants in advance. Addition materials for the July meeting:
August HPG Town Hall – Wednesday August 28th and 29th (Wednesday and Thursday); The Town Hall meeting for August 28th has been canceled and the HPG meeting on Thursdauy, the 29th, will be virtual.

Two-day meetings:
➢ All meeting days begin at 9:00am and will include virtual participation options.
➢ Agendas for each meeting will be provided in advance with specific start and end times.
➢ Continental breakfast and lunch provided for those who RSVP to the meeting.
➢ HPG Community Members: PLEASE REMEMBER to submit a Travel Itinerary Form and
Request for Travel Expenses Reimbursement Form prior to leaving each in-person meeting.
