January 2025 HPG meeting on the 15th and 16th, Wednesday & Thursday, location to be determined.
January 2025 SPBP meeting on Thursday, the 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting.
March 2025 HPG meeting on the 12th and 13th, Wednesday and Thursday. Location to be determined.
April 2025 SPBP meeting on the 24th, Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be an in-person meeting. Location TBD.
July 2025 SPBP meeting on July 31st, Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting.
October 2025 SPBP meeting on the 23, Thursday. This will be an in-person meeting. Location TBD.
Two-day meetings:
➢ All meeting days begin at 9:00am and will include virtual participation options.
➢ Agendas for each meeting will be provided in advance with specific start and end times.
➢ Continental breakfast and lunch provided for those who RSVP to the meeting.
➢ HPG Community Members: PLEASE REMEMBER to submit a Travel Itinerary Form and
Request for Travel Expenses Reimbursement Form prior to leaving each in-person meeting.
