2025 Upcoming Meetings and Events
- March 2025 HPG meeting on the 12th and 13th, Wednesday and Thursday, at the Best Western in Harrisburg.
- April 2025 SPBP meeting on the 24th, Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting.
- July 2025 SPBP meeting on July 31st, Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting.
- July HPG meeting on the 16th and 17th, Wednesday and Thursday, at the Penn Harris in Camp Hill.
- October 2025 SPBP meeting on the 23, Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting.
- November HPG meeting on the 19th and 20th, Wednesday and Thursday, at the Best Western in Harrisburg.
Two-day meetings:
➢ All meeting days begin at 9:00am and will include virtual participation options.
➢ Agendas for each meeting will be provided in advance with specific start and end times.
➢ Continental breakfast and lunch provided for those who RSVP to the meeting.
➢ HPG Community Members: PLEASE REMEMBER to submit a Travel Itinerary Form and
Request for Travel Expenses Reimbursement Form prior to leaving each in-person meeting.
